А теперь попробуй его открыть в Российских условиях: пьяный, на улице в ветряную погоду при морозе -50 градусов, когда на тебя охотится медведь))

That lock has been produced in 70s and 80s - I had one on my locker at work. And I've opened few of them the same way ;) Thanks for nostalgic video! ;)

My uncle had this exact same lock in his boat. The outside had mostly rotted away so you couldn't dial the password.

it really looks like post soviet, you can tell by the metal. Pre-soviet metal is a lot darker, rusty looking, much heavier made by heavy machines, thick metals and primitive thick paint that chips away. Post soviet looks more like metal alloys, lighter, brighter, tin-aluminium looking metals, made by more electronic machinery rather than hand operated machinery. Thin paint that stick better plus the plastic too. Soviet era had barely any plastic anywhere.
V Guyver V Guyver 16.02.2020->True, there was a International ban on certain materials to the USSR. Hence why there are very few plastics and aluminum materials produced in that bloc.

My father locks the garage with this lock when he leaves in a car. Just open it and you won't lose the key.
