A decent mounting point welded or sdrewed into the chassis, a length of chain and a padlock or even a bike lock through the trigger guard/carry handle into something on the cars frame would be far cheaper and at least as secure considering a smart criminal would try and bypass or pick it if they really wanted it, and a dumb criminal would just bring an angle grinder for any locks .
