You could get around most magnetic bypasses by just having a mechanism that requires you to pull two things inward from opposite directions, so applying a magnet from the outside would not work anymore because it could only ever actuate one of the two elements. That would even work with electronics if you place two closed relays opposite to each other in the same way and both need to trigger

What i learned from LPL is that a strong magnet is a good lockpick against many electronic locks...

I don't see his problem with this lock. It is cleary doing what it is advertising on the front: "LOCK OPEN"!
