I've just got the Abus model 190/40 but I think it's older than the ones in the video. If unlocked you see one notch on the shackle, the other one is inside of the lockbody and can be locked as in the video to see the locking bolt. It's also is keyretaining.

Medeco uses the same type of locking bar as those Abus pin tumbler padlocks.
          @AdrianWeber 04.07.2014->I believe that Slaymaker was one of the first companies introducing that kind of mechanism. Going to do a video on that soon. Interesting to know that Medeco uses it too!

          @AdrianWeber 01.07.2014->Yeah Coplock preserved them well! I was looking for these type of padlocks for AGES, no wonder... they probably only produced them for the foreign markets and have most likely never been sold here. I am glad have them now!
