I dont think that there are any security pins and the sliders dont seem to have any fakes. The key bitting makes you believe that there are 10 pins in two rows of 5 each. This just seems to be show.)

There's a horseshoe steel reinforcement underneath that doesnt prevent breaking or snapping but it does prevent the broken half to be extracted. Key copy protection is decent too.
