always gut a medeco from the top. and then remove plug with sidebar. Thats why it comes with the screws at the top. But great picking.
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->Rune International Thank you... I would have gladly gut it from the top but there were no screws in the top... this one did not have set screws.. it had a pressed in piece of metal...but thanks anyway
@RuneInternational @RuneInternational 26.04.2017->ok. can it then just nicely slide back, if you push down a bit to overcome the tension from the springs

great work! Funny, a few days ago Ialso pinned up a Medeco M3 with 3 pin stacks . When it had 2 pin stacks i had no problem but just adding 1 pin stack increased the difficulty exponentially, but i managed to get it.. Ill probably do a video on it as well . I should also add i took the slider out since myne was an M3
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 27.04.2017->Thank you! Yeah..I haven't tried the 5 pinner that JP McPinning sent yet...I think I will save that for a rainy day :-))

Nicely done man! Yes its a original or "classic" if the "stopper"( or nipple on the top of the pin )is about 90 degrees away from the gate, and the pins have chizle tips..... The biaxials are more like 180 deg apart and have offset tips.. Thats how i tell the difference anyways. You can look at the top of the pin or the bottom and tell....... Great job. Now it gets tough. But you got this.!! I have a harder time with sheer(medeco mushrooms suck:(...) than rotation. And you kick ass at sheer lol. So you got it made .
@jpmcpinning4255 @jpmcpinning4255 26.04.2017->The spool on top key pin is an arx pin i believe. From what i know they are medecos attempt to stop the medecoder attack. They dont have side bar gates all the way down. So you cant stick a wire in the bottom of the pin.......Just so you know when you pick it for the first time pinned all the way. Rake the pins to reset them. 4 or 5 times. Just cause you dont want ppl talkin smack like it wasnt legit. Lol... In my video i had to stop and rake it to make it legit. Not that its any harder but you know how skeptics are. Haha. Not trying to be a know it all. I Just appreciated ppl passing on the knowledge to me. So i figured id return the favor:) happy picking?
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 27.04.2017->Thank you! and thank you for all the info..I do appreciate the knowledge :-)) And thank you for the confidence and kind words!!
As for anyone talking smack about a "legit pick"...I'm not here to compete and I never care what people think....if people don't like my videos...they don't have to watch them (there are a lot of pickers out there to watch..LOL)...this is supposed to be fun :-)
@jpmcpinning4255 @jpmcpinning4255 27.04.2017->I hear ya bro. If i wasnt on discord chat/reddit. Id be the same way, but i had to do it legit to get my belt... Its a cool chat room. Kinda fun to work towards pixking karate belts...:)
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 27.04.2017->That makes sense....I never got into the chat room thing...my time is way to limited :-)
@jpmcpinning4255 @jpmcpinning4255 27.04.2017->You probly have no ideah what im talking about. Lmfao..... I think i talk too much.. ?

@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->Don'z Lockz Thank you! lol... yeah it looks like I'll have to start figuring it all out and move on to the six pinner?

@Steel-Pinnings @Steel-Pinnings 26.04.2017
Yep yep yep, they are just as tricky as yo uh let them. You will gain finesse with time.<br>Figure out how the pins rotate and pick to shear first then rotate is the typical way to go at it.
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->Steel Pinnings Thank you for the advice??:)

nice! if I have a key that fits, I would be happy to pin it up for you.
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->Jeff Moss Thank you! I think I'm going to send this one to someone else who hasn't picked a medeco and let them give it a shot at 3 pins... thank you for the offer though??

Very nice picking bud! Those Medecos are really difficult to pick. especially when you don&#39;t know how to rotate and set the keypins. I suggest that you get a Peterson DCAP pick with the notch cut into the end of the pick with sharp edges to get the rotation of the keypins easier than most other picks. I have only been successful in picking a Medeco with all six pins once. I was thinking about doing a progressive video also. You did great! Keep on picking! I&#39;m talking about the biaxial and I&#39;m not sure if it is the same as yours.
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->TheAvidPicker 1 Thank you! I think it only came a little easy because I pick locks from "feel" already.
@theavidpicker2721 @theavidpicker2721 26.04.2017->PickME 1977 You're probably right about that. I do the same thing with picking from feel. Especially since I started my channel and had to learn more about the feel because my camera won't allow me to get close to the lock. Lol I can usually pick one with 3 pins but after 3 it gets exponentially more difficult. It's way different than going from 1 to 2 to 3. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Great pick, look forward to video tomorrow of fully pinned lock. ??
@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->The Madhatter lol thanks for the confidence... but I have a feeling that once you have more than 3 pins it's a whole new game:)?

@PickME1977 @PickME1977 26.04.2017->Jeffrey Post Thank you again for the lock!! I think it's a great starter ...and it was fun:-)
@jeffreypost6101 @jeffreypost6101 26.04.2017->i am sure i will be just as excited as you when i finally spp open a medeco lol.
