We have some pretty FAB locks with security pins too. Try to find on ebay everything above FAB 200, model 1000 is pretty commone over here and provides decent security.

They are interesting but maybe not so fab...that keyway faceplate only is a bit of a con for an Abloy product.

Hi Bill , whats the hole in the side, is it for the colour coding.
          @TricksterRad 17.08.2017->It's for water drainage. So if water gets inside the lock, it can leak out without much resistance.

I have plenty of those and pick them regularly for fun. It is nice to see you pick them way faster than I can :D Also about the top cut on the key; As far as I know this type of key comes with the cut from factory and is just used for most of the Fab locks now. I can confirm that I have a Fab lock with an actual pin on top :)

Good video! What door lock would you recommend to hold up against picking and drilling for the longest time? Thx in advance Bill.
          @stamlight4 19.08.2017->he have a video on a motorcycle lock that he was unable to lockpick and the common thief would not be able to drill it open, just search for bosnianbill motorcycle lock to see for yourself, (note: i dont know where you can find the core of the lock that you can fit into a door. also a chain is only as strong as its weakest link which in this case means you will also need to have a door that cant be forced up without unlocking it)

          @stamlight4 19.08.2017->it is possible that you can find a core that you can fit into a door as i said a chain is only as strong as its weakest link which in this case is the door itself, door frame and windows. so unless you upgrade all those too you will do fine with an average lock.

I came across a FAB euro lock. I tried to get a replacement but the Assa Abloy people acted like I was wanting something from the planet Klingon. They were no help at all.

interesting.<br>The pawl is just like an old Yale Jr. wafer lock... which I spent a month trying to open, until I finally milled it open to discover a broken wafer stuck in the groove... the joy of old key-less locks.

Just started this as a hobby. Digging the videos, tutorials and showing the picks and how to use them (correctly). Other videos are not as good.
