MilStd testing rules used. This rule prevents &quot;testing until it Passes.&quot;<br>On the first failure, you can test again. If it fails again, Failed. If it passes the second test, repeat a third time. A passing test equals a complete Pass. If it fails again, complete Fail.

Oh it takes just that long to unlock the lock? <br><br>Nope the video is 98% History lesson about types of locks, Explainations and a little bit of a shameless plug (of some mighty fine tools relevant to the video). 2% is the actual unlocking 1% for the first time and 1% for the second time.
